A Good Cash Home Sale Starts With Customer Service

Saint Louis Home Buyers purchased this Brentwood home in early 2015.  We purchased it from an elderly owner that was going into a nursing home.  The situation is one that affects many families and can be emotionally difficult.  We were able to remove the stress and difficulty by quickly agreeing to a price and closing date with the home owner and her family.  Because we purchased the home in cash, the owner was saved from dealing with appraisals and waiting for loan paperwork to be processed.  Also, we took care of all of the paperwork for the seller.  All she had to do was spend 20 minutes of her time signing some paperwork and she quickly had cash in hand from the sale of her home.

One particular challenge for the home owner was waiting for a room to open in the nursing home.  Unlike many of our competitors we allowed the owner to stay in her home until that room came open instead pressuring her into selling when it was convenient for us.  Some companies would kick her out of the home, but we allowed her to stay in her home for nearly 8 months after we came to an agreement.
